Rusty Cornfuel is a Brawny Motor Co. Spark GT, painted purple and white, with the number 4 painted on his roof and doors. He is a race car that competes in the Piston Cup Racing Series for the Tow Cap team. The Tow Cap emblem is printed on his hood and on his trunk.

Biography[]
At the Motor Speedway of the South, Rusty competes among 36 other drivers, including Chick Hicks, The King, and Lightning McQueen. When he initially appears, he is racing with Floyd Mulvihill. Lightning McQueen gets by him by squeezing through the wall between Floyd and the wall. Rusty is involved in a major crash later on in the movie that Chick Hicks causes, where he collides with Kevin Shiftright, James Cleanair, Davey Apex, Sage VanDerSpin, and Crusty Rotor. does not sustain any significant injuries and can still compete, yet it loses against Lightning McQueen, Chick Hicks, and The King in a three-way tie.
