Why Isn't She Heroic Nor Villainous?[]
All she is an generic nice office worker girl who was likely was blackmailed or bribed the chairman to be his plaything. Her villainous act of attacking and trying to bite Akira was due to her being infected by an zombie virus making her an villain by proxy and not on her free will here which also give her moral agency issues as well.
In Netflix version she only defeated and help Akira help take down the chairman before she got infected like normal.
