Scribble Netty is an Easter Egg character from Five Nights at Candy's 2.
She can appear in Cam 14 when the player clicks on her drawing. When the player does click on her drawing, she will appear and laugh before disappearing again.
It is unknown who provided her laugh audio.

Scribble Netty has white skin with brown hair as well as a gold/orange Top hat and suit. Both her hat and suit have a green bowtie. She also white gloves has green eyes and lips and wears green shoes, accompanied by pink cheeks with a large grin on her face.

She was based off of Emil Mako's friend Osvath Anett who's twitter username is Scribble Netty.
