Shogun Ceanataur are a species that are from the science fantasy videogame, Monster Hunter 2.
Physiology[]
The carapace of Shogun Ceanataur is blue. Its head has two long antennas and is fashioned like a knife. Its sickle-shaped folding claws may stretch to twice their length when it is in a furious mood, greatly extending its reach. It is known that Shogun Ceanataur lives in a number of shells, including the skull of a Gravios, a snail-like shell, and a wyvern whose identity is unknown.
Abilities[]
Shogun Ceanataur has the ability to shoot a torrent of liquid under pressure out of its shell. It can also extend and retract its claws, which resemble scythes, and climb on walls and ceilings.
Shogun Ceanataur's own urine serves as yet another strange line of defense. The Shogun Ceanataur is a mythical creature that hangs from a ceiling, donning a skull and splattering water on their opponents below.
Behavior[]
Unlike the Daimyo Hermitaur, the Shogun Ceanataur exhibits tremendous hostility and will fight back ferociously if confronted. It frequently appears with a group of juvenile Ceanataurs. If any or all of its claws are broken, it will remain in a state of everlasting wrath until it dies or the quest comes to an end.
Habitat[]
Shogun Ceanataurs are typically found in caves and subtropical areas. They live in places like swamps and volcanoes.
