The Slug Student makes a brief appearance in Monsters at Work and is a minor character in Monsters University.
Biography[]
When the school bells ring on the first day, the slug pupil is the first to appear. He moves as quickly as he can so he won't be late for class. Unfortunately, his maximum speed is far from that because he is a slug and is very slow. After the credits have rolled, we show him arriving for class. A janitor informs him that everyone is on summer leave and that school is already done, but the classroom is empty. He then begins to race home at the same pace.
As a member of the Slimy Slugs bowl-off-athon team in Monsters at Work season one, he bowls for so long that the team loses by forfeit the following day and he dejectedly lets go of the ball, ironically scoring a strike. He makes a cameo later in season 2.
Appearance[]
He resembles Roz in that he is a yellow, slug-like creature with orange markings on his back, gray eyes, and buck teeth. He has a blue backpack on as well.
