Stiggy is a minor character from the movie, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

Biography[]

It has been established that Stiggy and her kind still exist on Isla Nublar; however, an erupting volcano poses a serious threat to them and many other dinosaur species.

Eli Mills and his men had Owen Grady and Claire Dearing imprisoned. Owen whistled to Stiggy to get her to break down the wall and the cage door, releasing the three of them. After subverting the Lockwood Manor Auction, she and Owen made their way into the wilderness.

Appearance[]

Mostly reddish, Stiggy has a creamy underbelly, a white dome, dark grey spikes, a dark grey stripe around her dome, and dark grey and dark brown patterning all over her body. She also has some black lightning markings on her head and back.

Stiggy appears as a brilliant orange in the LEGO representations, with brownish black stripes on her back and brownish black coloration surrounding the eye orbit. She also has a white beak, a brown eye, and a tan reddish brown underbelly. Stiggy is portrayed by Mattel as a bright orange toy with a creamy underbelly and purple patterns on her back. One of the toys verified her identity. She is a faint orangish red with brownish purple patterns, gray horns, and spikes in Stiggy's Funko Pop representation.

Behavior[]

Stiggy has a lively personality and is respected despite her diminutive stature and herbivorous lifestyle. She takes a "headbutt first, ask questions later" stance on life. Whistling is a major trigger for Stiggy; it sends her into an uncontrolled wrath and increases her urge to find and kill the source of the sounds. Stiggy has been known to headbutt and ram auctioneers in strange places with big audiences since it frightens her a lot. But it's important to note that Stiggy seems to be acting more composedly now that she's freed herself from her cage, which may have helped her feel anxious or overwhelmed given the whistle and small area.
