Ashley, Badger and Jo, collectively known as the Streetwise Kids, are minor characters from We Bare Bears, appearing in the episode "Band of Outsiders". They are a trio of young streetwise gangsters who take Baby Ice Bear under their wing, dubbing him "Axeman" and causing trouble throughout town.
Ashley was voiced by Avery Moss, Badger was voiced by Addie Chandler, and Jo was voiced by Mateo Gallegos.
Biography[]
Ashely, Badger and Jo are trying to break open a gate next to Baby Ice Bear and are having trouble with picking the lock. Deciding to help them, Baby Ice Bear chops the lock off with the axe and the three thank him for this, inviting him to paint graffiti on walls. Deciding to make Baby Ice Bear one of them, the kids mold Baby Ice Bear into their image and dub him as "Axeman". The Streetwise Kids and Baby Ice Bear then proceed to go and cause trouble all over town.
At night, when the gang notice Baby Ice Bear seeing the baker who ostracized him earlier and still feeling bitter about it, they suggest that he take revenge against the baker for this and he agrees. Breaking inside the shop, they proceed to ransack the place and push Baby Ice Bear to break open the cash register. Baby Ice Bear is about to do so, until he sees the baker's family photo, realizing the baker has a family. Shocked by this revelation, Baby Ice Bear has a flashback to his former guardian Yuri's tent.
Finally coming back to his senses following the flashback and realizing what he's becoming, Baby Ice Bear refuses to do anymore damage and turns against the gang. They have a brief fight over it until they realize the police are on the way and the gangsters start to panic and cry over their predicament. Taking pity on them, Baby Ice Bear takes charge and leads them out to safety, where they apologize in gratitude for trying to make him into something he's not. Baby Ice Bear then parts on good terms with the gang,
