Thaddeus "Phlegm" Bile is a minor character from the movie, Monsters, Inc..
Biography[]
In both real and simulated frightening, Bile is a fairly awkward, frightened creature who frequently makes mistakes. In an attempt to terrify the artificial youngster, Thaddeus completely fails and leaves a door open as he struggles with his test simulations. He has a history of mishaps and is rather timid. He sprang backwards screaming, tripped over a soccer ball, and landed on a pile of pointy jacks because Bile had startled the youngster in one of the simulations. He may effectively do this by stumbling and falling throughout his performance, as demonstrated when he is subsequently seen gathering laughter.
On the evening when Mike brings Celia to the restaurant for her birthday dinner, he is spotted seated in front of the Sushi Chef at Harryhausen's.
When he returns to the Laugh Floor from a child's room at the end of the movie, it appears that he was successful in making the youngster laugh since the energy canister has filled up.
In addition, he plays the role of the Sushi Chef in the restaurant scene and joins the cast in song after the play's conclusion in the company play Put That Thing Back Where It Came From Or So Help Me.

Bile is kind, laid-back, clumsy, shy, and prone to mishaps. He also makes mistakes while simulating.
Description[]
Bile has mace-like tail, spikes on his head, and wrinkled skin that is blue and purple. In the TV series, he had a significantly different visage.
