The Big One is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Dennis Nedry) of the 1993 film Jurassic Park, the first installment of Universal Pictures' franchise of the same name. She is the leader of the Raptor pack and arch nemesis of Robert Muldoon and Rexy.
Her sound effects were provided by Frank Welker, who also voicing V-Rex in King Kong and the Spinosaurus.
Why isn't she truly heroic or villainous?[]
- While she did kill Jophery Brown, escape her enclosure with the other raptors to go on a rampage to kill many people and also attempted to kill some other people, she was just an amoral predator, preventing her to be a villain let alone a hero.
Biography[]
The Big One was first shown at the start of the movie attacking and killing Park Worker Jophery Brown. She would later escape her enclosure and along with the other Raptors go on a rampage killing the human survivors at the park such as ray Arnold and Robert Muldoon. She would also later attempt to murder Tim and Lex Murphy as well as Alan Grant and Ellie Statler but would be taken out by the Tyrannosaur that had also broken out.
Personality[]
She is a cunning and very intelligent animal with an impressive ability for problem solving such is being able to open doors in order to get to other places.
