The Therizinosaurus were a group of dinosaurs that were featured in the 2002 mini series Chased by Dinosaurs hosted by Nigel Marvin. They are the main focus of their debut episode: "The Giant Claw".
Appearance[]
The shows depiction of Therizinosaurus shows it as a big green scaly animal with pronated wrists.
History[]
Nigel goes back to cretaceous Mongolia to look for it and after a few days a searching he finds a small group of them. One of the Therizinosaurus makes it's appearance known after seeing a Tarbosaurus drinking then the Therizinosaurus and Tarbosaurus fight and after one slap from the Therizinosaurus clawed hand the Tarbosaurus backs down.
Trivia[]
- Therizinosaurus never actually lived with Tarbosaurus.
- After the credits are done rolling, one Therizinosaurus bends down and licks Nigel's face.
