Toot is a minor character in Shiny Handy's comic series, The Tontsons.
Why isn't he heroic or villainous?[]
Unlike the character he plays, he didn't do anything heroic except than not knowing what it is the uranium bar.

He takes the role of Otto Mann in the intro, after Johnny discards the uranium bar, it lands on Toot Menn, Toot not know what it is.

Being a parody of Otto, his personality is the same.
