Trevor and his unnamed friend (referred to as Trevor's Friend) are minor antagonists of the 2025 fantasy action-adventure film A Minecraft Movie, the film adaptation of Mojang's Minecraft video games franchise.

They are two teenagers that attend Chuglass High School in Idaho and decide to bully the new student, Henry after noticing that he is a nerd.

Trevor is portrayed by Tommy Broadmore, while the unnamed bully is portrayed by Frankie Creagh-Leslie.

Why aren't they Heroic or Villainous?[]

  • The two are simply generic bullies/jerks that pick on Henry, and are not necessarily villainous. Even then their worst act of sabotaging Henry's jetpack and making it crash into the Chuglass Potato Chips factory was completely unintentional on their part, since the jetpack could have crash landed anywhere else.
    • Besides them sabotaging Henry's jetpack, their bad act of committing indirect public endangerment also is way too petty to deem them villainous, even if it was done out of malice and spite.

Appearance[]

Trevor is the shorter of the two. He has blonde messy hair and wears a school varsity jacket.

The unnamed bully is the taller of the two. He has more straighten brown dark hair and wears a school branded hoodie.

Biography[]

The two attend Chuglass High School, and in their first class session, their teacher Mr. Gunchie assigns them to draw still life, using an orange for the example. Trevor draws a crude picture of the still life and his praised for it. The new student, Henry is the one tasked next and he sketches a drawing of a banana connected to a jetpack and is ridiculed by the teacher for it. This leads to Trevor and his friend picking on Henry for such a ridiculous concept and Henry challenges the two by constructing an actual jetpack during some spare time in science class. He sets up the demonstration on the football field for his class to view, and the unnamed bully secretly sabotages his jetpack by snipping one of the wires. So when Henry activates the jet packs, it flies out of control and crash into the Chuglass Potato Chip factory, destroying the mascot statue.

These actions of Trevor and his friend cause a ripple effect as not only does Henry get in trouble and falsely accused by the staff, but his older sister Natalie ends up getting fired from her job there.

In the ending, Henry returns to Earth and builds up the confidence to repair his jetpack, gaining all of the popularity of the school, while Trevor and the unnamed bully watch in humiliation and defeat as their own popularity starts to dwindle in front of their very eyes.

Trivia[]

  • Besides the aforementioned ripple effect, Trevor and his friend are in directly responsible for kicking off the main plot of his movie, as Henry would then call Garrett to pose as his uncle and cushion his punishment at the school, which leads to him finding the Earth Cube inside Garrett's store and then be dragged into the mines and then the Overworld.
