The Velociprey is a Bird Wyverns that had first appeared in Monster Hunter.

Physiology[]
These creatures have a dull red crest on their heads, yellow eyes, a white belly, and blue scales with black stripes that make them resemble dromaeosaurid dinosaurs. These carnivorous creatures live in a variety of habitats and migrate in packs.
Abilities[]
Although their rapid movements and attacks will present some challenges to a hunter who is not familiar with them, an experienced hunter should have no trouble with a pack of Velociprey. Due to their long-distance leaping ability, velocipreys are challenging to escape, particularly while transporting heavy ores and eggs.
